Dac\u0103 <b>Yang este activ, exterior<\/b>, orientat spre performan\u021b\u0103, <b>Yin este pasiv, interior \u0219i lini\u0219tit.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Scopul acestei practici este s\u0103 ac\u021bioneze asupra fasciilor (re\u021beaua de \u021besut conjunctiv care \u00eenvele\u0219te \u0219i leag\u0103 cam tot ce avem prin corp). Posturile sunt pasive, men\u021binute \u00eentre 3 \u0219i 5 minute, uneori chiar p\u00e2n\u0103 la 20. Este o provocare, nu doar pentru corp, ci \u0219i pentru minte.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Practica te \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 rabdarea, s\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2i prezent \u0219i s\u0103 observi ce apare.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Atmosfera este meditativ\u0103. Instructorul vorbe\u0219te pu\u021bin, doar c\u00e2t s\u0103 te ghideze.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Yin Yoga este o practic\u0103 complementar\u0103 excelent\u0103 pentru cei care fac sporturi intense <\/b>\u2013 alergare, ciclism, fitness \u2013 sau forme de yoga activ\u0103, precum Ashtanga sau Vinyasa.
