Hai s\u01ce vedem \u2615\ufe0f<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><b>Stabile\u0219te o inten\u021bie <\/b><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00cenainte s\u0103 \u00eencepi orice activitate, opre\u0219te-te 3 secunde \u0219i seteaz\u0103 o inten\u021bie simpl\u0103. Ea func\u021bioneaz\u0103 ca un reminder c\u0103 lucrul este f\u0103cut pentru o zi mai bun\u0103, care urmeaz\u0103.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Dac\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi e greu s\u0103 g\u0103se\u0219ti inten\u021bii sau mantre pe care s\u0103 le repe\u021bi pe parcursul zilei, uite c\u00e2teva exemple de la mine:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u2013 \u201eCur\u0103\u021b acest spa\u021biu pentru a crea lini\u0219te pentru mine.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u2013 \u201eAm grij\u01ce de mine si familia mea preg\u0103tind aceast\u0103 m\u00e2ncare.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u2013 \u201eOrdinea din cas\u01ce \u00eemi ofer\u01ce claritate \u0219i o stare de bine\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Schimbarea mental\u0103 este c\u0103 activitatea trece de la \u201e<b>trebuie f\u0103cut\u0103<\/b>\u201d la \u201e<b>oferit\u0103\u201d<\/b>. Dar exact asta arat\u0103 c\u00e2t de mult avem nevoie de practic\u0103.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Unii prefer\u0103 muzic\u0103 de fundal, \u0219i e ok.
