Dup\u0103 jum\u0103tate de minut ne-a \u00eentrebat rezultatele.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">6, 8, 10, 15\u2026 chiar \u0219i 20.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Fiecare \u00ee\u0219i spunea num\u0103rul cu o oarecare m\u00e2ndrie. Cu c\u00e2t era mai mare, cu at\u00e2t p\u0103rea mai bine. Respir\u0103m \u2026.mai mult, nu? <span class=\"s1\">\ud83e\udee3<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">A z\u00e2mbit \u0219i ne-a spus: Respira\u021bia nu este despre CAT DE MULT respiri. Fie c\u0103 te g\u00e2nde\u0219ti la ea sau nu, respiri aproximativ 23.000 de ori pe zi.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Ce este interesant este c\u0103 <b>respira\u021bia este una dintre pu\u021binele func\u021bii ale corpului pe care le putem controla con\u0219tient.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Inima bate singur\u0103.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Digestia se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 singur\u0103.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Dar respira\u021bia poate fi modificat\u0103 imediat.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Dac\u0103 o accelerezi, corpul se preg\u0103te\u0219te pentru ac\u021biune.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Dac\u0103 o \u00eencetine\u0219ti, corpul prime\u0219te semnalul c\u0103 este \u00een siguran\u021b\u0103. Dar apoi cre\u0219tem si \u00eencepem s\u0103 respir\u0103m mai superficial.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><b>Femeilor mai ales, ani de zile li s-a spus s\u0103 \u021bin\u0103 abdomenul tras.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\"><b>S\u0103 nu \u201eumfle burta\u201d. <\/b><b>S\u0103 stea drepte \u0219i cu stomacul supt.<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">Respira\u021bia profund\u0103 se face fix invers.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">C\u00e2nd inspiri corect, abdomenul se extinde.
